Portobello Baths

These are the Victorian baths in Portobello. They are being looked after by Edinburgh Leisure, and include a swimming pool, turkish baths and even normal bath tubs that you can use if you don't have one at home!

Oh the memories this brings back! We used to come down to Porty in the bus from Edinburgh and go swimming here. It was sea water in the main pool at that time I seem to remember, and swimming in it was quite a different experience from swimming at our local baths!
