Imagine: you wake up in the morning, stumble out of bed, open the curtains.... and look out over a sandy beach and the sea (well, estuary...) - how amazing would that be?!

A few years ago I took a trip to Portmeirion in Wales and stayed at a hotel right on the estuary. When I arrived there was a little boat all by itself sitting on the sand and looking lonely. A few hours later it was floating and happily bobbing in the water when the tide came in. Waking up the next morning and looking out at the water was great.
I could get used to that!

That is a good looking building.
A house on a beach is my dream retirement home, but I was thinking more in the lines of a stone, wood and bamboo house :)
It looks grand. Is it an apartment block? It would be good to see the view looking the other way!
