Light and the lighthouse
This idyllic picture of the Newhaven lighthouse belies the fact that I was nearly blown off the pier trying to take some pictures, not to mention my hands almost freezing off!
I'd for you to make a print of the moving water shot. I guess what they say about birds of a feather is true. I noticed that the things we enjoy photographing is similar. (Any wonder I love your blog, too?)

I'd love to make a print of this lighthouse for personal use. What do you think?
That is a great photo! I love it!
Well for all that hard work, this is a sweet pay off. Your picture is fantastic!
Beautiful.
And here I was about to say how safe, and peaceful, and protected, and even downright cozy I felt looking at this photo in the gentle light. ;^)
lovely picture of the LH and yes I believe how cold it was - not been so warm here recently.
You are so far north, summer needs to get a hurry-on.
The lighthouse shot is fantastic, as Abby says.
Nice work. I love it.
I love it too. Hope your hands have warmed up!
Thanks everyone for your incredibly kind comments! I'm glad I braved the cold June weather (!?)to get this shot :-).
